Server management and website maintenance by an AI agent that never sleeps

Your websites run on hosting you cannot judge, maintained by someone who bills by the hour and only looks once something is already broken. It can be cheaper. More importantly, it can be better.

The old world

The invoice that comes back every year

You pay for hosting you cannot assess. Every website its own package, every package its own invoice, and every year an amount you cannot check because you do not know what you are looking at.

When something breaks you call someone who bills by the hour and looks when it suits them. When everything works you are paying for the idea that someone is watching — while nobody is watching. A maintenance contract is usually not monitoring; it is a place in the queue.

Example: three websites and a webshop

Hosting, four separate packages
€ 480 – € 1,200 per year
Maintenance contract or ad-hoc updates
€ 600 – € 1,800 per year
Incidents, three a year at an hour or two
€ 450 – € 900 per year
Together
€ 1,530 – € 3,900 per year

Example amounts. We work through your own figures in the first conversation, with your invoices on the table.

The turn

One server. Yours. And a colleague who never leaves it.

Four websites do not need four packages. Together they fit on a single server you own — a VPS that costs a fraction of what you now pay per site. Setting it up, migrating and keeping it running is exactly the work you had to hire someone for.

Four invoices become one — and that one is the cheapest of the five.

An AI agent does that work. Not a program that sends you an alert and leaves the rest to you, but a member of staff on a shift: it sets up the server, moves your sites, and then stays.

An agency has thirty clients and a timesheet. Your agent has one company: yours. It cares about it as much as you do, because it knows nothing else.

So every task gets its full attention, including the dull ones. It does not work nine to five. And updates run when it suits you — Sunday night, when your customers are quietest, instead of Tuesday afternoon because that is what fitted the supplier's diary.

A night with Lars

What happens while you sleep

Lars watches our own server. This is not a demonstration: this is an ordinary night, from his own log.

  1. 02:14 The disk is filling up: 84 per cent. Lars clears out old log files and records exactly what he removed.
  2. 03:40 A process runs away and eats memory. He kills it before your visitors notice a thing.
  3. 05:02 Security updates are waiting. He installs them now, at the quietest hour of the night.
  4. 06:30 He takes yesterday's backup and restores it to a test environment. A backup you cannot restore is not a backup.
  5. 07:30 In your inbox: one paragraph in plain language. What came up, what he did, and whether you need to know anything.

You noticed nothing all night. That is exactly the point.

Why better, not just cheaper

What nobody does for you when they bill by the hour

On an hourly rate every extra check is an extra invoice. So nothing gets checked unless you call. For an agent an extra check costs nothing, so it runs them all — every night again.

The new world

What changes about your year

Four packages become one server. The maintenance contract falls away, because maintenance now happens continuously instead of in bursts. And the hours spent on incidents largely disappear, because most incidents are resolved before you could have reported them.

What you get back is more than the difference on the invoice. It is that you no longer have to think about it — and that every Monday morning you know exactly how your systems are doing, whether or not you understand the technology.

Why outsource expensively what can be done cheaper and better?

Getting started

What you have to do yourself

One conversation, and letting us look at what you have running online. We work through your current costs with your own invoices, show what a single server would cost, and tell you honestly if it gains you nothing in your situation. The migration, the setup and the monitoring are our work after that.

Have your situation calculated

Frequently asked questions about server management by an AI agent

What if the agent makes a mistake?

You decide up front what it may do on its own. By default it only fixes what is reversible: killing processes, cleaning up, running updates at the agreed moment. Anything irreversible is put to you first. And every action becomes a line in the log, so you can always read back what happened.

Who is responsible if my website goes down anyway?

We are. An agent catches failures earlier, but it makes no system infallible — no supplier does, whatever they promise. What we do agree is how quickly someone is on it and what happens then.

Do I have to cancel my current hosting?

Not straight away. We set up the new server, move your sites and let both run side by side for a while. Only once everything is proven do you cancel the old package.

What does server management by an AI agent cost?

That depends on how much you have running online and what you want to keep doing yourself. We deliberately have no standard price list, because otherwise we would be selling you something that does not fit your situation. What we do: put your current costs next to the alternative, with your invoices on the table.

What if I want to stop later?

Then the server is yours and everything stays where it is. No service that switches off, no data we hold on to. That is exactly why we build on your own server and not on a platform you can never leave.
