An AI service agent that answers your customers straight away
The same questions, every day, across four channels at once. During the day you never get to them, in the evening they pile up, and the customer who got no answer orders somewhere else.
The old world
Answering is not the work. Never getting to it is.
Most questions are the same questions: what does it cost, how fast is it ready, does it come in this size, where is my order. Each answered in two minutes — which is exactly why they are left. You always have two minutes, just never right now.
Meanwhile it arrives through WhatsApp, the contact form, e-mail and the chat on your webshop. Four places to check, none of them complete, and nobody with an overview of who is still waiting.
Example: fifteen questions a week
- Questions per year (15 a week)
- 780 questions
- Time per question, including looking up and restarting
- 6 minutes
- Time per year
- 78 hours
- Almost two full working weeks
- 78 hours per year

The turn
One member of staff for every channel, day and night
The customer does not need to know which channel they came in through. What they notice is that someone answers immediately who understands the question, knows your products and knows your prices — whether that is WhatsApp on a Saturday night or the contact form on a Tuesday morning.
It answers what it knows for certain and hands over to you the moment it matters. Where that line sits is yours to draw: pricing, discounts and commitments can always stay with you.
A temp on the service desk has to be trained and then leaves again. Your service agent learns your company once and never forgets it.
And it is there at the times your customer has a moment to write: evenings on the sofa, weekends, during your holiday. Every question gets the same answer as the first one that week.
A Saturday with Stitch
What happens while you are closed
Stitch answers WhatsApp at J-Pro Solutions. This is an ordinary Saturday, from his own message history.
- 09:41 A customer asks the price of fifty shirts with a small logo. Stitch works out the volume break and names the amount, printing included.
- 11:20 Someone sends a photo of a design. Stitch looks at it, says the resolution is too low for that size, and explains what would work.
- 14:05 An existing customer asks where their order is. Stitch looks it up and gives the status, without anyone opening a system.
- 16:58 A question about a discount on a thousand units. That is a pricing decision, so he puts it in front of you — with all the details already gathered.
- Monday 08:15 In your inbox: one summary of the weekend. Three questions handled, one waiting for you.
Monday morning starts with one decision instead of four backlogs.
Why better, not just cheaper
What an ordinary chatbot does not do
A standard chatbot works with buttons and fixed answers, and stalls the moment someone asks something that is not in the list. Your service agent reads the question as it was meant — even half-typed, even with three things in one message.
- It knows your rangeProducts, sizes, colours, lead times and prices, volume breaks included. No "contact us for more information".
- It looks at what the customer sendsA photo of a design or an example from a shop: it assesses it and says what can and cannot be done with it.
- It knows when to stopOn doubt, on complaints and on anything that costs money, it brings you in. Better once too often than one promise too many.
- Nothing is left lyingEvery message gets an answer, including the one at 23:40. What waits for you waits in one place, not spread over four channels.
- It never gets shortThe fifteenth time the same question is asked, the answer is as patient as the first. That is harder than it sounds.
The new world
What changes about your week
The simple questions are answered before you saw them. The ones that do matter reach you complete: with the sizes, the quantities and the wishes already gathered, so all that is left is your decision.
And your customer notices something else: they get an answer the moment they ask. In most trades that is still remarkable — and it is exactly the moment someone decides who to order from.
An immediate answer, at eleven at night, in your own words.
Getting started
What you have to do yourself
One conversation about how your customer contact runs now and where the line sits on what an agent may settle alone. We load your products, prices and way of working, connect the channels you use, and have it read along before it answers anything itself.
Frequently asked questions about AI customer service
Will my customers notice it is not a person?
Sometimes, and that is no problem as long as it does not lie about it. If someone asks, it says it is the digital colleague. What people remember is not that it was a computer, but that they got an answer straight away.
What if it says something wrong?
It only answers from your own data; on doubt it hands over instead of guessing. And every conversation can be read back, so if something goes wrong you see exactly where.
Does this work on WhatsApp?
Yes — in practice it is the busiest channel. Chat on your website, e-mail and messages via your webshop can all sit alongside it, with one overview of what is going on.
Can it take orders as well?
It can complete an enquiry: product, quantity, size, date and details. Whether it may also confirm definitively is up to you — many businesses prefer to keep that last step themselves.
What does AI customer service cost?
That depends on how many messages come in, how many channels you use and how much it may settle itself. We deliberately have no standard price list. We start by looking at how many questions actually come past.
